Morning Dew is a small high-end café in Canberra. In 2020, they opened a new café location in the South.Point shopping centre, expanding their customer base to the Tuggeranong area.

As a fictitious project for university, I was tasked with improving the experiential design of the café. I gathered research about the café, their customers experience and the market segment, and created experiential design mockups and user interface prototypes. These were all well-researched solutions to suggest how the café’s processes could be modernised whilst addressing concerns with their customer circulation, especially due to COVID-19 restrictions at the time, and improve the overall customer experience within this new location.
