CLIENT: CORDELTA

About the project

Cordelta is a Canberra-based consulting firm that has supported clients across Australia for over 20 years to achieve transformation outcomes across digital, technology, strategy, finance, procurement and more.

Since 2022, I’ve worked at Cordelta as a consultant across a range of client engagements, alongside leading our brand and collateral uplift. In 2022, I independently delivered a major brand refresh for Cordelta, creating an updated style guide and a suite of templates and internal materials to modernise our look and improve consistency, while Supercurious (formerly Coordinate) developed our WordPress website.

In 2025, Cordelta undertook a larger brand refresh with support from The Mark Agency to strengthen brand presence and recognition. Building on their recommendations, I refreshed our style guide and template library, and worked with a small internal team to run an iterative review process, ensure alignment across assets and test Microsoft Office and email templates across Mac, Windows, iOS and Android systems. I also developed change communications and updated our SharePoint intranet (including IA and content design improvements) so staff could easily find and correctly use brand resources. To enable non-designers, I improved our Canva template library and information management so staff could confidently create on-brand promotional materials such as social tiles, flyers and more. Finally, I conducted an accessibility and heuristic audit of our website and implemented updates in WordPress to align with the refreshed brand and improve usability.
